Dreams Flora Resort & Spa (ex Natura Park Resort)

I put only one point to draw the attention of other vacationers. The whole stay was great, the service was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the swimming pool and surroundings were cleaned every morning. I wouldn\'t complain if it wasn\'t for the obese bald receptionist, probably the manager. after two days, without a word, he threw us out of the room because of a mistake during check-in. sorry he used a lot of rude words, mainly screaming. he did it in a rude and insolent way. if not for his collaborators who asked us to change the room, I think they would pull us out of there by force
