Palace (Ponte Di Legno)

It is hard to find a positive aspect in this hotel. We had no bed sheets prepared, we had to asked for them multiple times, same with kitchen equipment. There were not even enough cups for a room, there were no kettle just few pots. When we asked for a kettle they said that they dont know and that I should ask tomorrow because there were no housekeeper. They offer us a free tea meanwhile. With anything we asked, a hairdryer that should be in a room according to website or even a rubbish bag they didn’t help. In room there are leaky windows, shower also needs repair same as a wardrobe which is falling apart. In a ski room there is no heated places for skiboots and lockers for a skis have broken lock. But the most unpleasant situation had placed during checkout, a lady in the reception shouted at us, to pay a climate fee, which we already have paid for and for the tea they told us earlier that was free. Completely disrespectful, not mentioning even than she couldn’t speak even basic english.
